| 582" RODECK. This is a fresh all aluminum BBC Rodeck race engine. The block is a Rodeck 481-T 10.2” deck solid aluminum with splayed 4 bolt mains and NO water jackets. This was the strongest of the Rodeck BBC blocks made & is good to 2500 HP. The heads are Dart 360 wet heads from RME. The crankshaft is a brand new Callies Pro Magnum 4-1/2” stroke 4340 chromoly with double keyways. The rods are brand new Manley Super 70 aluminum. The pistons are brand new Ross 5.030" 12:1 with tool steel wrist pins. Bac-Man crankshaft support. Blower intake w/SFI burst panel with extra plates. Moroso aluminum full sump with side kick-out oil pan. Sheet aluminum valve covers w/burn-down tubes. Milodon single idler gear drive. Pioneer front magneto drive. All roller valve train with extra cams. The engine was built to be a spare but was never needed. A change in our clubs racing format has made this engine available. Times are lean.
